Our Student Council hosted an amazing Bush Dance on 2 April.  Students came dressed in theme and danced the night away to the tunes of our newly formed staff band 'Kick Up Dust'.  The Bush Band consisted of Mr Holmes on violin, Mr Obst on guitar, Mrs Courtice on Keyboard, Mrs Haines on lagerphone, Mr Sturgeon on drums, and special guest Eddie on bass. 

 

Our callers kept us on track throughout the night, with Mr Carroll calling the steps for the Junior Dance and Mrs Brown at the Senior.  There were plenty of 'Yeehars!' and cheering as students joined the band and truly did kick up dust!
